RETURNS.

All items must be returned in NEW and unwashed condition with in 14 days of ship date.  They must be free of odors and pet dander.  We do not refund any shipping costs.

 

You must request a RA# on our CONTACT US page.. All returns with OUT a RA# will be sent back and not returned.

 

If you purchase a package we will refund for ONE used diaper only.  If you decide to return the others they must remain in new condition. If they are used, you will only be given a 30% refund of your purchase for the used diapers.  Refunds will be processed with in 7 business days.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS.

All items showing defects must be returned with in  5 days of ship date.  Please contact us PRIOR to returning your item.

 

 

LAYAWAYS.

All layaways require a 20% deposit to hold. All payments must be made with in 60 days or your purchase will be voided. No refunds will be given and a product(s) will be shipped from your order for the amount you have paid.

 

TRADE IN PROGRAM.

We gladly take gently used diapers for store credit. They must be name brand or name WAHM diapers. Credit is based on the condition of the diaper at the time of trade in.
